Ordering

You order in our shop on Etsy. The contract is made there, between you and Christopher Granabetter, Vienna. Etsy's own terms apply to the purchase and the payment.

Made for you

A personal artwork is computed and printed for the date, the time, the place and the words you give us. Please check them before you order. We make exactly what you send.

Delivery

Prints and framed prints are made by our print partner and sent to the address you give. delivery times and the countries we deliver to

Withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. The law makes exceptions that apply here:

• A personal artwork is made to your specification. For such goods there is no right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) no. 3 FAGG).
• A digital artwork is delivered at once, at your request. Your right of withdrawal ends when the delivery begins, once you have agreed to that (§ 18 FAGG).
• An edition is not personal. You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving it: write to us, send it back undamaged, and we refund the price. who pays for the return

If something is wrong

If your print arrives damaged, or the sky is not the one you ordered, write to us with a photo. We replace it at our cost. Your rights under the statutory warranty are not limited by this.

Using the pictures

The artwork is yours to hang, to give and to show. The files of a digital artwork are for your own screens and your own prints. Selling the pictures or the files needs our permission in writing.

Law

Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, the protection that the law of your own country gives you stays in force.
